Spirit of Freedom – this is a jingle for the concert tour of Atom String Quartet with the saxophonist Cezariusz Gadzina, the pianist Anną Ciborowską and the Korean ensemble Stone Jazz. The artists have presented the music from the CD of Atom/Gadzina The Fifth Element which was highly acclaimed by the international music press (among others – the title of The CD of the Year 2016 in the Dutch Jazzism). Atom is famous for the broad spectrum of musical inspirations and the Korean tour has proved this status. The artists have also present jazz compositions based on the music by Frederic Chopin, Lutoslawski, Penderecki and Palester. Jazz is the music of freedom and Spirit of Freedom has featured this message.

Some excerpts from international press over Atom/Gadzina:
Adam Baruch – Israel
This album is full of unexpected twists and turns, unusual sounds produced by the instruments and above all by the obvious level of talent and dedication by the participants. In many respects this is one of the highlights of the “Atoms” recorded legacy so far, stronger and more cohesive than some of their quartet recordings.
Georges Tonla Briquet Jazz Mozaïk – Belgium
“The Fifth Element” is the next prove that Gadzina – both as a composer and musician- should have belonged since long time to the world top.

Rzeczpospolita, Marek Dusza
The captivating musical motives are an important trump of this album. When we add the camaraderie of musicians, their brilliant solos at the high level of virtuosity and the stunning arrangements, we obtain the vision of the album which perception is both pleasant and intriguing.
Gazeta Polska Codziennie, Piotr Iwicki
Adherents of exceeding stylistic boarders will fall in love with ”The Fifth Element”. The different musical worlds penetrate here each other and there is no trace of stylistic seam. The touching “Daraja”, equally with “Daily Sax” would be potentially nominated to Grammy if the publisher had an American distribution. The whole album would deserve this nomination considering the world-refined playing!
” Rather than saying such showy expressions
as ‘Meeting of east and west’, ‘Harmonizing two
civilization’, listening to ATOM/Gadzina/Stone Jazz
music performed humbly and sedately, I naturally became one with them as
water flows.” –
Gwanghyun Kim (Jazz Columnist, Director of JAZZ PEOPLE Magazine)
“ I’ve just had one big delightful table of crossover jazz. It [the concert] has given me fresh shock and excitement with a surprising recipe in the midst of listening.” Seojeong MinGap (Pop Music opinionist)
